Basic CSS: Float of lower column not working properly

    I have a page at http://www.netstat.com/vinash.test.php with the css at http://www.netstat.com/vinash/style.css

    The page is set up with a flash header, menu then 3 columns for highlighted news then 2columns below for other content. I am using php include for the news data and that part works fine. My problem is that the lower 2 columns, the right most column will not float to the right of the lower left column.

    3 days spent on this and I am about ready to take a leap somewhere.
