    I've been reading up on about using CSS frames. I have no CSS programming skills, I still live in the old html coding, but willing to move to CSS. But I have a project that i'm working on right now, and don't have the time to stop and brush up on this new skill, but have pick up on some. I'm looking for a top and main content with the main content page that is able to scroll up and down and left and right. Can someone help me?
