    I'm trying to build a site like a excel spreadsheet look. I need a header that remains motionless, but I need tabs that will control the main content. I saw this css frame http://www.456bereastreet.com/lab/cssframes/ that I like, but don't know the first thing about adding control tabs to the header and so on. Also I need the page to be 100% wide and the main content to be scrollable left and right, since I will be hosting a view database like excel spreadsheet
